Vin Sur Vingt Wine Bar, creatively named after « Vingt/Vingt” or “Twenty/Twenty”, equal a perfect score in France. It started in 2011 in the West Village of Manhattan with twenty whites and twenty reds by the glass. With now eight locations, throughout New York City and one in Washington D.C. since 2020, it establishes itself as a neighborhood destination for Francophiles and French wine enthusiasts. The Washington D.C menu offers a contemporary French bistro fare and French tapas, complemented by a diverse wine list of 250 wines, including 50 by the glass, sourced exclusively from prestigious and lesser-known wine regions of France. The mind behind this nostalgic Parisian venture is Sébastien Auvet, a wine enthusiast of the modern era, emphasizing simplicity, authenticity, and value.
