Since hosting a much-loved Garage Project UK launch earlier this year, we’re excited to be welcoming GP's Wild Workshop head brewer Dave Bell, to Brewery Market this November.
The Wild Workshop is Garage Project's central Wellington brewery dedicated to mixed-fermentation, barrel-aging and nature-led brewing - beers that take years to come to fruitition.
Experience a little of the Wild Workshop here in Twickenham as Dave talks us through his beers, shares the craft behind them and answers your questions.
The highlight: a guided side-by-side tasting of Chance, Luck & Magic 2024 (8%) and 2023 (8.8%). These spontaneous blends combine years-worth of beer aged in French oak, capturing Wellington’s inner-city terroir through complex tart fruit flavours and a beautifully dry finish. Dave will explore the differences between vintages and the decisions behind each blend, alongside a mini blending workshop.
TIP: Last time this event was packed and all the tasters sold out, we've only got 6 bottles set aside for this tasting. Pours can be reserved.
