We’ll begin by settling into the space, surrounded by open sky, fresh air, and the natural rhythm of the park. You’re welcome to bring your preferred form of cannabis—whether that’s a joint, pen, edible, or beverage—and mindfully partake throughout the class as you feel called.
The evening includes:

✨ Live sound bowl healing by Ashlynn to create a calming, immersive atmosphere
✨ Time to slow down, soften, and reconnect—both physically and energetically
