We will be skiing/snowboarding 5 days at Palisades Tahoe Resort. Your Ikon Pass or Ikon Base Pass is good to use in the resort.
LODGING
We will be staying 5 nights at a vacation house located in Truckee CA, with 4 bedrooms, 9 beds (2 king beds, 1 double bed, 6 single beds) & 4.5 baths, 3 living rooms, a private office and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 24 mins drive to Palisades Tahoe. We will max out at 12 people (8 adults & 4 kids).
Features: Shared hot tub with a nominal fee, game room with pool table full bar & entertainment center, indoor wood burning fireplace, large deck with BBQ grill, free WiFi, dish washer, washer, dryer, hair dryer, coffee maker.
Essentials Provided: Shampoo, conditioners, towels, bed sheets, soap and toilet paper

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Daily round trip transportation from the house to Palisades Tahoe is included. Round trip transportation from airport to the house is included if the flights are the same as listed above (or earlier on arrival flight or later on departure flight). If your arrival flight and/or departure flight are within 15 minutes of our flights indicated above, we can still accommodate you on airport transportation. We can use the vehicle to go out for dinners, and other activities as well.

* Get Ikon Base Pass for $1,019 as of 8/8/2026 at https://www.ikonpass.com . This is the best price we have for this trip, and the pass you get will also be good for our other Ikon Base Pass or Ikon Pass mountain trips.
COST:
* Early Birds $749 above mentioned lodging & ground transportation package (Price will go up on Sept 16th or when 50% of all tickets are sold whichever comes first). Upgrade from shared bed to own single bed is $40 extra.
* Regular $799 above mentioned lodging & ground transportation package afterward. Upgrade from shared bed to own single bed is $40 extra.
Included In Trip Cost
This 6 days 5 nights ski/snowboard trip includes: 5 days downhill skiing or snowboarding at Palisades Tahoe Resort, 5 nights of lodging at a vacation house in Truckee, own bed or sharing a queen bed depending on option chosen. We will do our best to match your roommate. All ground transportation, including daily round trip transportation from house to these mountains, transportation on activity day and to dinners, and round trip airport transportation to and from the house if your flights are the same one mentioned above (or earlier on arrival flight or later on departure flight).

THE WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in NY Ski & Snowboard Club events and activities, the event participant acknowledges, and agrees that:
1) The risk of injury from the events may be significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,
2) KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3) Willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation; and,
4) Event participant, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS NY Ski & Snowboard Club their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
