The Hawkeyes concluded a celebratory Homecoming weekend by taming the Badgers and pitching their third shutout of the season, 30-0. With the victory, the Hawks were awarded the #19 ranking in the first College Football Play-Off poll. As of now, it seems like Iowa controls their own destiny in the play-off chase.A week ago, this looked like the biggest test on Iowa's remaining schedule, but the Wildcats took the L in Oregon and then lost their starting QB for tomorrow's game. That said, Northwestern is never an "easy out" as the Hawks look to string two Big Ten W's together at the NEW Ryan Field. It's Win and Advance time for the Hawks! Let's Go Hawks!!!
Kick-off is scheduled for 6:35pm CT and the game will be televised on Fox. Join us at The Other Place-Overland Park (our primary game watch location)!
