About this Event
"Haunted & Healing" is a one-night only, haunted house styled and mental health themed film screening to celebrate the release of the short film “Gabardine”—a poetry concert film by David A. Gaines, recorded live at Icebox Project Space (Philadelphia, PA) in February 2025.
Unlike traditional film screenings, guests will be guided in small groups through 5 rooms built within the Icebox Project Space; with four rooms containing a horrific short film by a Philly-based Black, Queer filmmaker. The event will be punctuated by a conversation and Q&A with the film's directors (starting promptly at 8:30 PM).

The Love Machine by Jasmine Lynea (9m45s)
nahtE by Dyneil Holden-Fobbs (12m13s)
