About this Event
Ever feel like you’re not experienced enough, don’t belong in the room, or that everyone else seems to know what they’re doing?
You’re definitely not the only one.
Join G4C East Midlands for an open and honest panel discussion exploring imposter syndrome, what it is, why so many of us experience it and, importantly, what we can do about it.
We’ll be bringing together professionals from across the construction and built environment sector to share their own experiences, the moments they have questioned themselves and the practical things that have helped them build confidence and move forward.
Whether you’re just starting your career, stepping into a new role or have years of experience behind you, imposter syndrome can show up at any stage.
This session is about creating the space to talk about it.
What to expect
An open panel discussion with professionals from across the industry, real experiences and practical advice, followed by the opportunity to join the conversation and put your own questions to the panel.
There will also be time to meet and connect with other young professionals from across the East Midlands.
