Be one of the first to take a fused glass workshop at the Gallery on Gambier. We will be starting off easy by making adorable scrap glass birds. Standing tall on a wooden base, these birds are sure to cheer up your kitchen window sill. This fast paced workshop will be more assembly than cutting and grinding, though some use of cutters and tile nippers may be needed. We will discuss the basics of fusing glass while you assemble your birds, decorated the way you like from glass in a variety of forms. Class is on Saturday, September 26, from 3 - 5 pm (extra time available if needed). Mount on base and pickup on October 3rd, between 3 - 5 pm. Ages 12+.(AI generated image is a temporary placeholder)
