About The Sponges: DJs turned pop stars. The Sponges have become famous for their unmistakable signature sound in dance music. The combination of tasteful funk & disco samples, futuristic sound design, heavy basslines, and 4x4 house rhythms can instantly be recognized as one of The Sponges' electrifying productions. After having the opportunity to work with many of the artists who originally influenced them including Purple Disco Machine, GRIZ, AC Slater, Kyle Watson, Opiuo, The Floozies, Manic Focus & Lettuce, The Sponges have now established themselves as a respected act of their own in the world of electronic music.
Since their arrival in 2019, The Sponges have been fortunate in their success with millions of streams, five #1 records on Beatport and a massive international touring career. The duo, formed from the creative minds of Z-Ry and PARAGUS, have been invited to play some of the top music festivals in the world such as Shambhala, Electric Forest, Hulaween, Elements, Seven Stars, Groove Cruise, and many more. The Sponges have played music in four different continents- North America, Africa, Europe and Australia. Sights are set high for The Sponges as they continue to develop into the greatest act of all time.

Engelwood - Engelwood, or Matt Engels, is a viral 24 year-old future funk, lo-fi, hip-hip and electronic music producer from Brooklyn, NY. Drawing on influences from producers like Flamingosis and Vanilla, as well as Japanese Funk and Soul music, Engelwood’s music could best be described as the soundtrack to your trip to the beach. The blends of funk, soul and tropical music, together, creates a unique fusion of sounds you can relax or dance to. Engelwood is also known for his productions for Dillon Francis, bbno$, Cuco, sophie meiers, Mia Gladstone, and Yung Gravy’s biggest hits such as “Knockout” and “Yung Gravity.”
