About this Event

A fundraising class in support of Atlas, who was diagnosed with Pitt-Hopkins syndrome.

Pitt-Hopkins syndrome is a rare genetic condition with its genetic basis identified only in 2007. Because it is so rare and recent, research, resources, and public awareness remain limited.

This is part of a four-class somatic yoga series. 100% of ticket proceeds from this class will go to the Brock Knight Foundation.

If you’d like to support Atlas but can’t make it to class, you can also donate directly through the or learn more through .

About the facilitator:

Angora is a trauma-informed somatic yoga teacher with over 15 years of practice and teaching combined and 1300+ hours of training.

Her own journey through injury, nervous system dysregulation, relocation, pregnancy, and motherhood gradually shifted her relationship with movement away from performance and toward a more sustainable and embodied approach.

Today, she blends somatics with yoga to create spaces where students can reconnect with themselves gently, honestly, and without pressure to perform.
