Funding Duluth Public Schools: Ballot Questions

This November, voters will decide two different questions pertaining to school funding. Mr. Magas will explain the operating levy referendum for the Duluth Public Schools. He will also speak about the proposed amendment to the state constitution that would alter the "Permanent School Fund" and what it could mean for Minnesota schools.
