Fundamental Monday is your opportunity to slow down, refine your technique, and build the skills that make every dance smoother, more comfortable, and more confident. Each week we'll take the core principles of partner dancing and show you how they create the foundation for clean execution, beautiful connection, and safe, impressive dips and tricks.
Whether you've been dancing for two weeks or two years, stronger fundamentals make every dance better.
