Functional training and Networking in Olympiapark

Join us for a full-body outdoor functional training session that’s as fun as it is challenging! With a focus on partner exercises, this workout combines cardio and strength training using bodyweight and a variety of equipment like resistance bands, medicine balls, and more. It’s the perfect way to push your limits, stay fit, and connect with others in a supportive and energetic environment. 💪🏻
This outdoor session is designed for all fitness levels, making it an ideal way to end your week on a high note. After the training, we continue the connection and fun by heading to a nearby bar to unwind and socialize. Come for the workout, stay for the connections! ☺️

What you need to bring:
Comfortable warm spot clothes, water, clothes to change afterwards, towel (optional) and most importantly - your good mood! 😄

Price: Your first training is for free! :) The training costs 10€ (8€ for students, bring your student ID) if you don't have Urban Sports Club, Wellpass, Wellhub or ClassPass. We accept cash, PayPal and bank transfer.
