Join us for an energizing full-body outdoor functional training session that’s as fun as it is challenging! With a focus on partner exercises, this workout blends cardio and strength training using bodyweight and equipment like resistance bands, medicine balls, and more. It’s the perfect way to push your limits, stay fit, and connect with others in a supportive, high-energy environment. 💪
This session is designed for all fitness levels and is a great way to end your week on a high note. After the workout, we keep the good vibes going by heading to a nearby bar to relax, socialize, and connect with the community. 🍻
