Get your kinetic chain running optimally with this indoor group fitness class for the whole family. (or solo!) Bring your kids for free! They can workout with us or go to the daycare to utilize enriching activities I have provided. or both! I am happy to help you with the pivoting to ensure you get a great workout in and your kiddos are all good. Go team! -tickets include free and optional co-working PWR HR after class from (5:15-7:00). Bring your laptop and get some work done with the help of your post workout endorphins! (there is also a deli if you want a quick post workout refuel meal.)
Daycare facilities are available on site at no cost for that as well.
