Join us every 4th Thursday of the month at Cavalli’s Pizza in McKinney for an afternoon of fun, laughter, friendly competition, and building real relationships with local Realtors and mortgage lenders.
We’re keeping it simple: good people, good food, good drinks, and a little friendly competition.

Bring $15 in ONE-DOLLAR BILLS because we’re playing 3 rounds of Left Right Center (LRC)!
💵 The more people who play, the bigger the money pot!
Want to increase your odds? Bring your real estate team! The more players we have, the more fun the game becomes, and the bigger the pot gets.
No LRC experience? No problem. We’ll explain everything before we start!
🍕 NETWORK, EAT & HAVE A DRINK
Bring your business card and receive 2 drink tickets. Appetizers are provided by your hosts, so grab a drink, grab a bite, and get to know the people around you.
This isn't a sit-in-a-circle-and-hand-out-business-cards kind of networking event. Come ready to laugh, play, meet someone new, and build relationships that can turn into real business and referrals.

This event is open to Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Lenders who want to expand their local network and have a little fun while doing it.
