The Power of AlignmentA two-day seminar for one group, with four 120-minute sessions. We develop a clear sense of alignment in the own body and learn to play with it. Where does a movement begin, and what is its motor? In couples, we explore different layers and qualities of alignment, using clarity as a starting point to discover variations, new pathways, and create new lines of movement with the support of a partner.
