PROXIES
Reasonable proxies are approved by the organizers on a case by case basis. Proxied models should have rules available in the Warmachine App and be released (“street legal”) by the day of the event. All that said, some smaller specific pieces may still be approved if they are within just a few weeks of release. Reach out to the TO through Longshanks message or Facebook with questions.

FOOD & DRINKS
-Two slices of Pizza (ordered from Leo’s Pizza), and a variety of other items depending on availability and cost are included in your registration fee. Please contact the TO ([email protected]) by October 10 with any dietary restrictions.

DIRECTIONS
-When using Google maps or other navigation apps, put in Shearwater Aviation Museum as your initial destination. If you set your destination to The Sea King Club, Mapping Apps will take you to the shortest route, taking you to the gate by the Sports Center which is closed on weekends -- the apps do not recognize this! Using the museum puts you within sight of the open gate.
-Travel along Main Rd toward Eastern Passage, turn onto Bonaventure St, headed to the main gates for Shearwater.
-The Commissionaires at the gate will require you to present a photo ID in order to gain access.
-Continue straight, turning left onto Warrior Ave. It is the large building just on the left after making the turn.
-Sea King club is 141 Warrior Ave, and is identified on Google Maps as “12 Wing Combined Mess”
