Full Spectrum Healing Chakra Series with Nini Gridley

Meet with a small group over 9 weeks to focus on opening and activating the chakras for your self-healing. Follow the “Liberating Current” and devote a week to each individual chakra using The Sevenfold Journey by Anodea Judith and Selene Vega as a guide. This is a closed group of dedicated seekers who gently open to themselves over the consecutive weeks of study inspiring personal transformation and healing.

Nine Monday meetings will focus on “Activating the Chakras” as follows:
Week 1 – Introduction
Week 2 – First Chakra; Grounding, Earth & Survival
Week 3 – Second Chakra; Sensuality, Water & Change
Week 4 – Third Chakra; Power, Fire & Will
Weel 5 – Fourth Chakra; Love, Air & Relationships
Week 6 – Fifth Chakra ; Communication, Vibration & Creativity
Week 7 – Sixth Chakra; Vision, Light & the Third Eye
Week 8 – Seventh Chakra; Spiritual Connection & Thought
Week 9 – Wrap up & Celebration! The Illuminated Chakras

She is also founding faculty and Certification Program Coordinator for Sacred Centers, the premier training program on the chakras developed by Anodea Judith, PhD, whose extensive writings on the chakras inform her work with adults and children.
