Get into the holiday spirit and build a full-size ceramic gingerbread house from scratch! This two-part workshop meets Thursday and Friday evening, 5:30–7:30pm, giving you plenty of hands-on time to construct, decorate, and detail your very own sculptural centerpiece.All clay, glazes, tools, and up to two hours of open studio time are included! Please note that ceramics need time to dry, fire, and glaze-fire, so finished pieces will be ready for pickup in 4–6 weeks.
No experience necessary — all skill levels welcome!
Sample Class Format
Session 1 (Thursday): Learn hand-building techniques as you construct the walls and roof of your gingerbread house, then add texture and architectural details.
Session 2 (Friday): Once your piece has firmed up, dive into decorating — adding sculpted "icing," candy details, and other festive embellishments before glazing.
