Spend a fall evening slowing down and reconnecting at Sophie’s.
Join Yoga with Winz for an evening of movement, relaxation and community beneath the full moon. The experience begins with yoga and sound from 6–7 PM. Please bring your own yoga mat, along with a blanket, pillow or anything else you’d like to make yourself comfortable during the sound bath.
Afterward, linger over a mimosa, mingle and enjoy the grounds at Sophie’s. Weather permitting, guests are welcome to enjoy the pool and hot tub after the session.
Come for the yoga, stay for the evening.
Complimentary for overnight guests of Sophie’s Gasthaus (excludes float and lounger options).
