Come and join me at the beautiful Far Coley Farm for a cosy autumn evening of nature, sound, relaxation and connection.As October draws to a close and the evenings become darker, we'll take some time to slow down, step away from the busy-ness of everyday life and enjoy a little autumn reset beneath October's Full Moon.
We'll begin with an autumnal walk around the farm, before heading into the beautiful Barn for a deeply relaxing Full Moon Sound Bath. Afterwards, we'll warm up with a delicious hot chocolate, with the option to add a little tipple too. 🍂☕🥃
It's a simple invitation to pause, breathe and enjoy being present.
🌿 AN EVENING AT FAR COLEY FARM
Far Coley Farm is a beautiful 150-acre farm in the Staffordshire countryside, surrounded by woodland, lakes, open fields and stunning views across Cannock Chase.
It's a place where you can naturally slow down and escape the usual pace of life and the perfect setting for an autumn evening like this.
We'll make the most of the farm before settling into the warmth and atmosphere of the stunning Barn for our sound bath.
🍂 THE AUTUMNAL WALK
We'll start the evening with a gentle walk around Far Coley Farm.
Take in the crisp October air, changing colours and peaceful countryside as we leave the outside world behind for a little while.
There's no rush and no pressure, just time to walk, breathe and take in your surroundings.
Please make sure you wear suitable footwear and clothing for the weather.
🎶 FULL MOON SOUND BATH
We'll then head into the Barn, where you'll get comfortable and settle in for a relaxing Full Moon Sound Bath.
Using crystal singing bowls, chimes and drum, I'll create a calming space where you can switch off and simply be.
You don't need any previous experience.
You don't need to know how to meditate.
And there is nothing you need to achieve.
Just lie back, get cosy and let the sounds wash over you.

🌕 OCTOBER'S FULL MOON
October's Full Moon is traditionally known as the Hunter's Moon.
Historically, this time of year was associated with gathering, hunting and preparing for the winter ahead.
I love the idea of bringing a little of that into our evening, taking a moment to reflect on the year so far, what you're ready to leave behind and what you want to make space for as we move towards the end of the year.
No pressure to set intentions or share anything.
Just a little space for you.
☕ FINISH WITH SOMETHING COSY
After the sound bath, we'll come back together with a warming hot chocolate.
Take some time to chat, connect and enjoy the cosy atmosphere of the Barn.
And if you'd like to make the evening a little more indulgent, you'll also have the option to add a tipple to your hot chocolate.
Because an October evening at the farm deserves a little treat. 🤎

🎒 WHAT TO BRING
Please come dressed appropriately for the weather as we'll be outside for the walk.
For the sound bath, please bring:
• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow or anything else that will help you feel comfortable
• Warm, cosy layers
• Bottle of water
• Suitable footwear for the walk
• Torch or head torch
• Journal, if you'd like to reflect afterwards

This evening is for anyone who feels like they need a little time to themselves.

Maybe you've been doing lots for everyone else.
Maybe you're craving some fresh air and a change of scenery.
Or perhaps you simply love the idea of an autumn evening walk, followed by a beautiful sound bath and hot chocolate.
Whether you've experienced sound baths before or this is your first one, you're very welcome.
