Embracing the heightened energy and illumination of the full moon through a Sound Bath and meditation can be a transformative experience. Guided by the celestial rhythms of the moon and the harmonising power of sound, these sessions invite you to explore and expand your consciousness. The Oak Park Clinic is an intimate venue in a village setting with a maximum of 12 people per session.
If you prefer a larger group atmosphere you may like to look at attending a session at one of my monthly venues - The Cross Barn - Odiham, The Heckfield Memorial Hall - Heckfield, The Camberley Theatre - Camberley, Holybourne Theatre - Alton, Swim Odiham (Floating Sound Bath), Poise Pilates, Lavershot Barns - Windlesham.
