🌕✨ FULL MOON IN TAURUS | RELEASE & RENEW SOUND BATH ✨🌕Have you been feeling overwhelmed by everything you’re carrying… holding on to stress, worrying about what comes next, or feeling disconnected from the things that truly make you feel grounded?
October’s Full Moon invites you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.
Release what has been weighing you down.Release the pressure to hold everything together.Release what no longer brings you peace.
Make space for stability.Make space for rest.Make space for yourself.
Join us at Zen Lotus for an intimate evening of restoration under the energy of the Full Moon in Taurus.
Taurus reminds us to return to the present moment, reconnect with our bodies, and recognize what truly supports us. It invites us to consider where we may be holding on too tightly — to expectations, old patterns, or a sense of security that no longer serves us.
✨ Your Full Moon experience includes:
☕️ A cup of hot herbal tea
🖊 A brief guided reflection to set your intention for release
🌕 A moment to acknowledge what you’re ready to let go of
🎶 An immersive sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and resonant instruments to help you unwind, quiet mental noise, and settle into deep rest
This Full Moon asks:
What are you holding on to that is keeping you from feeling more grounded, peaceful, and free?
You don’t have to figure everything out tonight.
Give yourself permission to pause, put down what you no longer need to carry, and reconnect with the steadiness within you.
✨ Space is limited.
Reserve your place and make time for yourself this Full Moon.
Release what weighs you down. Reconnect with what grounds you. Renew your sense of peace.
