Meet on the La Vista Terrace- the perfect vantage point for an unobstructed moonrise. This 75‑minute experience includes gentle, fluid movement and intentional breath-work followed by a restorative crystal‑bowl sound bath enhanced by the expansive glow of the moonrise. This lunar‑inspired offering invites grounding, clarity, and mindful integration.
