LUNA: A Persian Sound Bath Experience 🌕
Join us for an intimate evening under the full moon led by Elmira Shahzeidi.
LUNA is a monthly Persian inspired sound bath experience that blends ancient rituals with modern sound healing to create a space for restoration, reflection, and connection.
Through gentle movement, immersive sound healing, guided meditation, Persian music, poetry, and sacred rituals, this experience is designed to help you soften, release, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful rooftop setting.
Guests will also experience ceremonial touches including Persian tea, curated refreshments, and moments of intentional community under the evening sky.
This is an intimate gathering with limited capacity, created for those seeking a more grounded and meaningful way to pause from the noise of everyday life.
Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing.
