A Women’s Circle & Group Coaching Experience --This circle is designed for women in their 30s–50s who are seeking deeper connection, self-trust, and authentic expression.

Many of us carry quiet narratives about ourselves, stories like “I’m not enough,” “I’m not ready,” or “I’m not worthy.” These beliefs can shape how we show up in relationships, opportunities, and life.
This guided women’s circle is designed to help you identify, release, and rewrite those internal narratives in a supportive community of women.
Through somatic practices, reflection, and group coaching, we will move from the limiting story of “I’m not…” into the empowered truth of “I am.”
### What to Expect
During this circle, you will be guided through a gentle and supportive process that includes:
• Somatic centering exercise to settle the nervous system and help you arrive fully in the space
• Sound healing to deepen relaxation and connection within the circle
• Guided journaling prompts to uncover the stories you may be carrying about yourself
• Group sharing & whitnessing to release shame & hold our truths
• Breathwork practices to move and release stuck emotional energy
• A ritual release exercise to let go of the “I’m not” narrative
• A closing meditation practice to anchor your new “I am” truth
This circle is a space for women to slow down, reflect, and be witnessed in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
No prior experience with breathwork, coaching, or circles is needed—simply come as you are.
