🌕 GEMINI FULL MOON 🌕 The Gemini Full Moon arrives in the element of air — an element we can’t hold onto, but we’re always moving through.
Air is breath. It’s thought, sound, energy, & space. It moves in & out of the body, carries what we say, & reminds us that not everything needs to be held onto so tightly.
This evening will explore the air element through restorative yoga, reiki, & sound. A slower practice to settle the body, create a little more space in the mind, & notice what becomes possible when there’s room to simply be.
Restorative yoga will offer the physical stillness, reiki the energetic support, & sound the vibration to carry us through the evening.
A full moon practice for breathing a little deeper, listening a little closer, & making some room.
