THE OCTOBER LUNAR JOURNEY
FULL MOON RELEASE
Release • Reprogram • Receive
Saturday, October 24 | 4:00–6:30 PM
$79 Pre-Registration | $89 Day-Of
Let go of what no longer serves you. Create space for what is emerging. Re-pattern the old. Receive what comes next.
Two weeks ago, under the New Moon, we asked:
What am I ready to create? Who am I ready to become?
Now, as the Moon approaches fullness, we turn toward another essential part of transformation:
What am I ready to release in order to become it?
Because transformation isn't only about adding something new.
Sometimes the deeper work is recognizing the thoughts, beliefs, emotional patterns, behaviors, and stories we have unconsciously rehearsed—and creating enough stillness to choose something different.
Full Moon Release is a 2½-hour immersive Signature Experience designed to take you out of the noise of the conscious mind and into a deeply receptive state of rest, awareness, release, and integration.
Guided by Michelle Morris, ERYT-500 yoga teacher, professional Sound Healing practitioner and HeartMath Certified Trainer, this experience weaves gentle mindful movement, guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, subconscious re-patterning, immersive Sound Healing, and Reiki with Reiki Master Kristen into one deeply restorative journey.
BEFORE WE REPROGRAM, WE BECOME AWARE
We begin gently.
Through breath, mindful movement, and conscious awareness, you'll be invited to notice what you've been carrying—in your body, your thoughts, your emotions, and the stories you may have been unconsciously repeating.
Not to judge it.
Not to fight it.
Simply to become conscious of it.
Because we cannot intentionally change a pattern we aren't yet aware we're practicing.
From there, the body begins to slow, soften, and prepare for the deeper inward journey.
YOGA NIDRA & THE RECEPTIVE MIND
As the physical body becomes deeply supported and still, you will be guided into Yoga Nidra, often translated as “yogic sleep”—a systematic meditation practice that brings attention progressively inward while the body rests.
This isn't simply taking a nap.
Research on Yoga Nidra is still developing, but studies have reported promising effects involving stress, anxiety, sleep, and psychological well-being.
More broadly, meditation and relaxation practices can help shift attention away from habitual reactivity and create conditions in which we can observe our internal experience with greater awareness.
And that is where this journey becomes especially powerful.
As the thinking mind becomes quieter, we create space to notice the beliefs and patterns operating beneath our everyday mental chatter.
RELEASE • RE-PATTERN • RECEIVE
During the guided journey, you will be invited to identify something that no longer belongs in the chapter you're creating.
Perhaps it's an old belief.
A fear.
A relationship to yourself.
A repeated emotional response.
A story about who you are.
Or simply something you know you're ready to stop carrying.
Rather than forcing it away, we'll practice meeting it with awareness—and then consciously introducing a different internal possibility.
This is what we mean here by subconscious re-patterning.
Not erasing your past.
Not magically rewriting the brain in one evening.
But using deep relaxation, focused attention, imagery, intention, and repetition to begin rehearsing a different way of thinking, feeling, and relating to yourself.
Because what we repeatedly practice internally can influence what becomes familiar to us.
And sometimes transformation begins by giving the mind and body a new experience to practice.
SOUND AS PART OF THE JOURNEY
Unlike a traditional Yoga Nidra practiced primarily through spoken guidance, this meditation will unfold within an immersive landscape of Sound Healing.
Sound becomes part of the journey—not simply something happening around you, but something you can use as an anchor for attention, relaxation, and deeper inward listening.
Research examining music-based interventions has found benefits for psychological stress and relaxation, while early research involving singing-bowl meditation has reported reductions in self-reported tension and improvements in mood and well-being.
Science continues to explore how and why these experiences affect us.
And alongside what can be measured, we leave room for what can simply be experienced.
The vibration.
The stillness between sounds.
The sensations moving through the body.
The emotions that arise.
The insight that appears unexpectedly.
The feeling of remembering something within yourself that words don't quite capture.
REIKI + DEEP RECEIVING
As you rest within the Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing journey, Reiki Master Kristen will move through the room offering Reiki, creating another layer of energetic support for those who wish to receive it.
This portion of the experience is intentionally designed around receiving rather than doing.
You won't need to accomplish anything.
You won't need to figure anything out.
You won't need to force something to happen.
After so much of our lives spent accomplishing, analyzing, controlling, planning, and responding, there is something profoundly restorative about being given permission to simply lie down, soften, listen, and receive.Within the stillness of Yoga Nidra, the landscape of sound, and the gentle presence of Reiki, you are invited to surrender the need to do and instead become present with what is already here.
Sometimes integration doesn't require more effort.
Sometimes it requires enough safety, space, and stillness to finally let go.
THE FULL MOON AS A SYMBOL OF RELEASE
For centuries, people have used the cycles of the Moon as markers for reflection, ritual, beginnings, culmination, and release.
You don't have to believe that the Moon is causing something within you to benefit from using its cycle as an intentional moment to pause and ask:
What has reached completion?
What am I still carrying that I no longer need?
What am I ready to stop rehearsing?
What would become possible if I created space for something new?
And there is another symbolic layer to this particular evening.
Mercury stations retrograde on October 24, traditionally associated in astrology with turning inward, reviewing, reflecting, revisiting, and reconsidering old patterns and communication.
Whether astrology is part of your personal spiritual language or not, we can use the moment as an invitation:
Turn inward. Listen more deeply. Notice what keeps repeating. Choose consciously what comes forward with you.
YOUR JOURNEY
During Full Moon Release, you will experience:
✦ Gentle Mindful Movement
Open the body, settle the nervous system, and begin releasing what you've been carrying.
✦ Guided Reflection + Conscious Release
Identify the thoughts, beliefs, emotions, or patterns you're ready to loosen your relationship with.
✦ Yoga Nidra
Enter a deeply restful, inward state where the body can soften while awareness remains gently present.
✦ Subconscious Re-Patterning
Use guided imagery, intention, awareness, and repetition to begin rehearsing a new internal possibility.
✦ Guided Sound Healing Journey with Michelle
Allow sound, vibration, silence, and spoken guidance to carry you deeper into rest and integration.
✦ Reiki with Reiki Master Kristen
Receive gentle energetic support while resting within the experience.
✦ Deep Rest + Receiving
Release the need to do, achieve, or control. Allow yourself to be supported by stillness, sound, and presence.
✦ Integration
Allow the experience to settle. Create space for what comes next.
You don't have to force transformation.
Sometimes the invitation is simply to become quiet enough to recognize what you're ready to put down.
Release the old.
Re-pattern what remains.
Receive what is waiting beneath it.
Space will be intentionally limited to preserve the intimate nature of the experience.
