About this Event
Have you ever wondered what, or who, comes out after the sun sets and darkness sets in? Join us to find out on our Full Moon Hike! On our naturalist led hike, we will venture into the woods with the full moon guiding us and learn all about the nocturnal animals that call Bloomer Park home! We will first learn about some of the park's nocturnal animals around a campfire and then head out on the trail to look or listen for them! Flashlights with red settings will be provided.
Suitable for ages 15+. This program is catered to adults and young adults, please review our many offerings for families with young children.
Parking for the duration of the program only is included in the ticket price. Anything outside of the scheduled time will be your responsibility to pay for the parking fees.
Participants will meet at the Hilltop shelter. Please arrive on time as program content starts promptly. As a courtesy to wildlife and other participants, please leave your pets at home. Content such as changes/maps will be sent via email leading up to the program. Pre-registration is required.
