We are uniting as a community to activate under the Full Moon with a Shamanic Cacao Ceremony, gentle restorative Yoga, Rose Water Blessing, Ceremonial Performance and Sound Healing led by Jen Rose

BEACH LOCATION:

NORTH BEACH OCEANSIDE PARK

We gather on the sand by the ocean, south of the 80th lifeguard stand.

Bathe in the light of the rising Full Moon,enjoy deep communion with yourself, others on our beautiful beach with warm cacao, live music, yoga, meditation, breakwork and sound healing.

Jen Rose will be performing her favorite original songs with intuitive Vocals, light language, Native Flutes, Crystal Singing Bowls, Drumming & Sound Healing to balance and heal our nervous systems. Energy work and medicine songs will be facilitated to the sound of the ocean waves.

SHAMANIC CACAO CEREMONY:

Cacao infused with love and prayer will be served and blessed with our Full Moon Intentions. Cacao is pure, organic, unprocessed raw chocolate harvested in indigenous areas and used with intention in devotion and ritual to cleanse, heal and restore our soul. Our blend is prepared with the purpose of ceremony and is 100% organic and plant-based.

FULL MOON CEREMONY:

Full Moons bring a chance to take a pause, reflect and observe how our life journey is progressing. The universe often provides us with feedback around this time, to help get us closer to fulfilling our dharma; our life's purpose.

ROSE WATER CEREMONY AND BLESSING:

Rose Water Ceremony and Blessing will be facilitated to cleanse, purify and charge the water inside of us. Water Consciousness will be taught and explored as we use this sacred element to heal ourselves and the world. Water is Life!

GENTLE RESTORATIVE YOGA

Enjoy a gentle, slow yoga flow to the sound of the ocean waves with live flute, vocals and crystal bowls. Movement is so needed to release and heal, restorative yoga is lovingly guided under the Full Moon. Come to release and de-stress your body, mind and spirit!

COMMUNITY AND HUMAN CONNECTION:

We create a safe, sacred space to allow our stories, intuition and communications to come through. We use reiki, breath-work and meditation to connect with each other as a community every Full Moon.

SOUND HEALING WITH INTUITIVE MESSAGES:

Jen Rose will guide our entire evening with Sound Healing to connect us with Spirit. We will use powerful, sacred prayers, chanting, icaros combined with reiki to heal to enhance our ceremony with a relaxing sound bath and intuitive messages.

Bring an open, loving heart and prepare mentally and spiritually for a blissful, energetic shift.

Water bottle, beach blanket, yoga rug or towel and friends.

If you would like to donate to our ceremony flowers, crystals, incense and drummers are always welcome!

After our ceremony we bring it to the ocean for an energetic cleanse!
