Harness Lunar Energy for Healing with our Full Moon Magic – Gong BathThe time of the Full Moon is an extremely auspicious day for spiritual practices. It’s also a powerful day that provides us with an opportunity for healing. Meditating on a full moon helps us with recharging the energy field around our body and with clearing and balancing our chakras. Because each full moon falls in one specific astrological sign, it carries with it specific energies that you can use to connect in with the cosmos and bring change in your life.
Using the lunar energy of a full moon can yield incredible healing results, both physically and mentally. Full moons bathe the night’s sky and our spirit in a soft light. The moon has a way of stirring up our emotions and illuminating the overlooked crevices of our subconscious mind—giving us insights into the soul. In astrology, the Moon represents the imaginative and reflective side of our-self and is linked to the subconscious mind.
Because sound healing and astrology work together, we will be using the transformational healing power of the gongs to provide additional rejuvenation and transformation. The Gong has an ability to induce spontaneous meditative states and offers us access to the parts of the mind that are usually closed, resulting in a sense of expanded awareness and higher consciousness.
