My intention of practicing under the Hunter’s Moon is to honor the shadowy parts of ourselves that are ready to be seen, felt, and released during this season change. Through movement, breath, meditation, and ritual, we will make the journey inward to unmask what has been asking to soften, surrender, and become.

✍️ Journaling to explore what you’re ready to release and what you wish to carry forward
🌕 A full moon ceremony honoring the seasonal shift & the wisdom of the Hunter’s Moon
🕯️ A collective release ritual to surrender what no longer serves you
🤎 Close with a grounding meditation to meet change with softness
