The full moon reminds us that we don't have to hold on to everything. Not every thought. Not every expectation. Not every version of ourselves we've outgrown.
As the moon reaches its fullness, we're invited to pause and take stock. To notice what we've been carrying, honor what has brought us here, and gently release what no longer needs to come with us.
Not everything needs to be figured out tonight. Not every loose end needs tying. Sometimes, making space is enough.
Join us for an evening of sound and stillness as we settle into the present moment, let the noise of everyday life grow quiet, and create a little room for whatever is ready to emerge.
Through the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, give yourself permission to rest, receive, and simply be.
You don't have to arrive with anything figured out. Just come as you are.
