Let’s move, connect, breathe and flow together under the full moon at North Table Mountain.
Bring a headlamp, yoga mat, snack and water!
We will meet in front of the Brewery at 4:30pm and leave for the hike no later than 4:45pm. The hike is about two miles/700-800 feet in elevation. Once we arrive at the top, we will find a spot to set out our yoga mats. Our yoga practice will be gentle and playful and last about 45 mins. We will be able to see the moon as we finish our practice and as we hike back down. A headlamp is a great option, just in case! The brewery will still be open by the time we get back down, so if you would like to enjoy a drink and some food afterwards, there are a variety of beers, selzters and NA options as well as food trucks.
Keep in mind that restroom access will be limited once we start off on our hike. There are also rattlesnakes in the area- I don't expect this to be an issue, but it's good to be aware.
