🌕 Full Moon Drum Wash: Release, Cleanse & Ground 🥁Join me at A Spiritual Touch for 45 minutes of rest, reflection, and sound. We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you settle in and set an intention. Then, let the rhythms of the drum wash carry you through a moment of release and bring you back to a place of calm and grounding.
Come as you are. You’re welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow to make yourself comfortable.
