About this Event
Women have always gathered under the full moon to listen in, reflect, and release. For most of human history, we lived in rhythm with the earth's cycles, slowing down when the season asked us to.
As November draws us inward and the land prepares for winter, this full moon invites us to pause and let go of what we're not meant to carry into the dark season.
Join Alex of Conectada at Narrative Wellness for a candlelit evening that includes:
- Ceremony rooted in ancestral, earth-centred traditions
- Gentle embodiment to soften the nervous system
- Reflection on the season behind us and release of what we're ready to let go
- A circle where you can share if you wish, or simply listen, with nothing to perform
You'll leave feeling lighter and more connected to your body and the natural world, with a small ceremonial keepsake to continue your release ritual at home.
What to bring: Comfortable clothes, your journal, and an altar item if you wish. Tea is provided.
No experience needed. Spaces are intimate and limited.
