Gather under the full moon to slow down, release what you no longer need and set intentions for the month ahead. A small circle of gentle movement, breathwork, ritual and sound healing, led by Vasilina Britikova (RYT 500) and guest teachers, at our NW Portland studio.
Held every month on the full moon. All levels welcome, no experience needed. Bring comfortable clothes; mats, bolsters and blankets are provided. Spaces are limited to keep the circle small.
