Full Moon Ceremony - Celebrate & Release | Cold Moon
Move, celebrate and release the year before entering the next one.
Join Sat Ram Kar and Sabrina at Feel Good Fitness for Celebrate & Release, an intimate 60 minute experience held within the Cold Moon window. This ceremony brings together intentional movement, conscious breath, guided meditation and restorative sound to help you slow down, reconnect and reset.
Each Feel Good Frequencies gathering is created around the season and has its own emotional intention, movement practice and sound journey. This month includes:
· Grounding arrival and year end reflection
· Guided free movement and dance activation
· Celebratory rhythm and percussion
· Breathwork to transition from energy into stillness
· Gong and crystal bowl sound immersion
· Closing release and gratitude meditation
Sound landscape: Rhythmic percussion, curated music, gong, crystal bowls and chimes.
You do not need to be flexible, know how to meditate or have any previous experience. Come exactly as you are. The small group setting allows every guest to feel supported and fully immersed.
