Join Legnai Wellness Hub for a deeply restorative Full Moon Release experience in London, created to help you slow down, let go of what no longer serves you and make space for what is ready to emerge.
Under the energy of the Full Moon, we’ll gather in a calm and nurturing space for an evening of ceremonial cacao, conscious release, intention setting and sound healing.
This 2 Hour experience is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with yourself and consciously release emotions, patterns, thoughts or energies that you’re ready to leave behind.
