Change is in the air under this Full Moon... we are called to shift direction, or perhaps morph and renew an area of our life that is no longer working. All levels of practice welcome. The evening begins with a slow flow practice and breathing, followed by a fun and lightheardted drum circle led by Kristine Malpica. (all drums will be provided or you can bring your own!) $20 per person
