Gather with us beneath the Full Moon for an evening of sauna, sea, meditation and community.The Full Moon marks a point of culmination within the lunar cycle, an opportunity to pause, reflect on the month that has passed, release what we no longer need and reconnect with what matters.
Each month we'll explore the themes of the Full Moon through guided meditation, breath and a simple embodied practice, before moving between the warmth of the sauna and optional dips in the sea.
We'll finish slowly together with herbal tea, a final meditation and space for reflection.
What to expect:

What to bring:
Swimwear, towel, water, something to sit on in the sauna and warm layers for afterwards.
Spaces are limited to 14 people to keep the gathering intimate and relaxed.
Come as you are. No experience with meditation, sauna or sea swimming is needed.
