❄️ Peace & GratitudeAs the nights grow long and the Full Moon rises, this gentle, restorative workshop invites you to pause in the stillness of winter, gather in gratitude for the year behind you, and release what no longer serves you — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Through mindful movement, breath, deep rest, and therapeutic essential oils, you’ll be supported to find inner peace and cultivate a quiet, grateful heart.
What you’ll experience:
❄️ Somatic practices – slow, intuitive movements to release stored tension, support stillness, reflection, and a settled sense of peace.
❄️ Gentle yoga – grounding, nourishing postures aimed at opening the heart space, cultivating stillness and a quiet sense of gratitude.
❄️ Breathwork for regulation – calming, centring practices to soothe the nervous system and support your natural transition into winter’s quiet.
❄️ Yoga Nidra & guided meditation – deep rest to integrate, restore peace, and cultivate gratitude.
❄️ Nine therapeutic essential oils – intentionally chosen to support peace, emotional clarity, and gratitude.
❄️ Raw chocolates infused with essential oils – a mindful moment of sweetness, presence, and pleasure.
❄️ Herbal tea – to ground, integrate, and gently transition back after practice.
❄️ Take-home gift – a complimentary doTERRA essential-oil roller blend to support your peace and gratitude beyond the workshop.
❄️ Raffle prizes of doTERRA goodies
