What if you could spend an evening with other women without needing to have it all together?
Full Circle is a welcoming space to slow down, share what's real for you, and experience the kind of connection that can be hard to find in everyday life.
No fixing. No performing. No pressure to share more than feels comfortable. Just an opportunity to show up as you are and be witnessed by other women.
We begin with a short meditation and body-awareness practice, creating space to arrive, settle in, and connect with yourself before opening into sharing. Through guided prompts and the simple practice of listening to one another, we make room for honest conversation, new perspectives, and the reminder that we're not alone.
You don't need to know anyone to come, and you don't need any experience with women's circles. Whether you're ready to share or would rather listen and ease into the experience, you're welcome here.
Our intention is to create a warm space where every woman can feel seen, heard, and welcomed just as she is.
