Sarah Hugentobler
Švýcarská performerka a videoaumělkyně žijící v Bernu.

With irresistible charm, Sarah Hugentobler conducts a polyphonic ensemble drawn from her constantly growing archive of voices Masterproduktionen 1 - Hochschule der Künste Bern. Different genres intertwine: music videos meet classical violin playing, excursions into music theory blend with pop hits, and AI-generated voices clash with private conversations… Digital and analogue fragments merge into hybrid sonic entities, navigating the space between virtuosity and amateurism Sarah Hugentobler. With a touch of shyness but always genuine, Hugentobler’s video characters approach big emotions: is it about love? Music? Performance? But who, in the end, is really conducting whom Sarah Hugentobler? This precisely composed collage humorously questions authenticity, virtuosity, and our increasingly tight relationship with technology.
