About this Event
This two-module training introduces a practical and reflective approach to improving productivity through implementing efficiency tools and developing an outcome-focussed approach to work and life.
By helping people and organisations to make the best use of their time, energy and resources, this programme is designed to support more effective ways of working while contributing to improved wealth building and improved wellbeing across the communities we serve.
Note: Each module is a stand-alone training, and they form two parts of a coherent whole. It is recommended that participants join both modules, although they will gain valuable insight from attending either module individually.
Who Is It For?
Leaders, staff, trustees and volunteers in third sector organisations in Moray (including social enterprises) who are responsible for delivering outcomes efficiently and effectively.
Note: All third-sector attendees must be operating in Moray, Scotland.

Module Overview
Module One: Increasing Your Efficiency
This module introduces efficiency tools and techniques for knowledge-workers (computer-based) within a wider overall understanding of productivity.
You will learn:
- What productivity really means for knowledge work and impact driven roles.
- The four dimensions that affect your productivity.
- How to apply a productivity management system in your everyday work to get things done.
- Practical techniques for managing attention, email, planning routines, and habit formation.
Module Two: Understanding Your Impact
In this module, you will connect daily activities and outputs to the purpose-aligned outcomes you want to achieve to amplify the impact you have on the communities you serve.
You will learn:
- How to define meaningful outcomes that reflect your purpose.
- The Impact Measurement Cycle.
- How to build a simple Theory of Change to guide decisions and focus.
- Proportionate methods for collecting and analysing data.
- How to report performance and learning to stakeholders in a clear and constructive way.
