Registration Opens, Bike Setup, Food & Sponsor Display
Info: Riders check in, set up bike displays and meet the FRP/NEXTT team. Food trucks/local food options available, light music playing in the registration area. Extra setup time is built in since some riders bring multiple bikes for full display setups. Note: Riders bringing more than 1–2 bikes are encouraged to arrive early.

Safety Briefing
Info: Mandatory briefing for all riders participating in riding activities. Covers riding boundaries, mandatory helmet requirements, PPE guidance, waiver reminders, and instructions from on-site safety staff / off-duty officer (if confirmed).

Official Opening & Rider Passport Kickoff
Info: Welcome remarks from FRP and the shop. Introduction of the FRP Rider Passport — the main tool connecting sponsor booths, activities, voting, and rewards throughout the event. Passport missions confirmed based on final sponsor/vendor lineup.

Sponsor Engagement & Passport Missions
Info: Attendees explore sponsor/vendor booths, product display, and complete initial Rider Passport missions. Bike registration for the Custom Bike Show continues during this window.

One-Pull Challenge
Info: A simple, easy-to-understand skill activity that doesn't require extended riding — well suited to the parking lot footprint.

Slow Race
Info: Using the shop's existing Slow Race format. Riders travel the course as slowly as possible without putting a foot down or leaving the riding area — last rider standing wins.

Awards Ceremony, Trophies & Giveaways
Info: Winners announced across Bike Show categories and riding challenges. Trophy presentation followed by giveaways using the on-site PA system.

Grand Prize Raffle & Closing
Info: Final raffle drawing and closing remarks. Attendees encouraged to connect with the FRP/shop team, take final photos, and follow FRP on social media.
