The Weekend of May 16th, the gates of Emerson Hall will swing open to reveal a kingdom at a crossroads. The legendary FrostFire Ball is no longer just an evening—it is a living, breathing story where the lines between the frost and the flame have begun to blur. As the spring sun hits the palace stone, the question on everyone’s lips remains: Will the Ice Queen’s heart finally thaw, or is this the moment the Rebellion has been waiting for to strike?
The Weekend Experience: A Three-Day Odyssey
Why merely visit the kingdom when you can live within it? We have expanded FrostFire into a full weekend journey, allowing you to immerse yourself in the lore from the first frost to the final thaw.
- Friday Night: The "First Frost" Mixer Kick off the weekend at our official pre-party! This is your chance to break the ice with fellow travelers, meet members of the cast in a casual setting, and show off your "Nowhere to Wear" finery—those gorgeous outfits that deserve a spotlight but didn't quite fit the Ball’s dress code. It’s the perfect prologue to the weekend's festivities.
- Saturday Day: The Authors & Artisans Faire now spills from the lush front lawn into the heart of the Queen’s Ballroom. Shop curated wares, meet your favorite fantasy authors, and discover treasures from across the realms in the beautiful May sunshine.
- Saturday Night: The FrostFire Ball The main event. Witness the drama unfold in real-time as secrets are whispered in the corners of the ballroom and the fate of the throne is decided. Enjoy a fully Hosted Open Bar and a Live String Quartet, as you mix and mingle with our immersive cast.
- The Royal Presentation (VIP): For those of noble rank, the evening begins at 6:00 PM with a formal introduction to the Ice Queen herself. Choose your title wisely—the Herald will announce your arrival to the entire court.
- Sunday Brunch: The Final Farewell PJ Party and hangover cure we all need to say goodbye, share your insta-handles with new friends as well as swap photos from the night before. An OPTIONAL ADD-on, there is a separate ticket to join Sunday Brunch from the core fantasy Ball.
Beyond the Ballroom: The Weekend Expansion
Why merely visit the kingdom when you can live within it? We are transforming FrostFire into a full weekend experience. In addition to the Gala, guests have the opportunity to book exclusive "Chapter Two" experiences:
- Warrior Yoga in the Park: Ground your spirit before the battle. Join our morning flow session and receive a practice sword to keep as a memento of your journey.
- Personal Mini-Sessions: Capture your finery in the perfect light. Skip the crowded selfies and book a private session with our professional fantasy photographers to ensure your "Main Character" moment is immortalized.
- The PJ Party Breakfast: The party needs its recovery! Join together on Sunday morning in your finest (or fuzziest) loungewear for a casual feast and one last hurrah before returning home.

In a realm once vibrant with winter's beauty, where the crisp air hummed with life, a chilling frost has settled, not just on the land, but deep within the heart of its sovereign, the Ice Queen Alaina Serenwyn Vale. Betrayal's fiery sting shattered her trust, and now her once benevolent magic isolates the kingdom in an echoing, eternal winter.
Yet, whispers persist around the 'frostfire,' an unexpected warmth born of genuine connection, said to possess the power to melt even the most frozen heart and restore balance to the land before the last embers of hope fade entirely.
From within this increasingly desolate kingdom emerges a Rebel Leader, Rhyden, with a fiery soul. He remembers a time of warmth, community, and the Queen's radiant spirit. He has harbored a deep (and unspoken) love for her from afar. The current state of the kingdom pains him deeply, but he believes the Queen’s true nature still resides within, buried beneath the ice. Risking her icy wrath, his trusted contacts within the castle have secretly helped to organize The FrostFire Ball. The FrostFire Ball to him is a gathering of hope, an assembly of those who believe that the embers of empathy and understanding can ignite a 'frostfire' within the Queen's icy core.
However another emerges from the shadows: Princess Adara of House Ember reveals herself as the "true" orchestrator of the rebellion hiding behind the facade of the Rebel Leader. She claims the Ice Queen usurped her fiery lineage, extinguishing her rightful claim to the throne. The rebellion, it seems, is not merely a yearning for warmth, but a calculated move to reclaim what she believes is hers. She claims that she orchestrated the The FrostFire Ball and is using the Rebel Leader, as she plots to overthrow the queen for a crown she believes is hers. But a compelling question echoes through the frosted halls: Was her kingdom truly taken, or does the ambitious princess merely seek to carve out her own dominion from the icy empire?
Where will the Princesses plans to overthrow the queen actually end, when the The Rebel Leader, driven by a deep love for the Queen, believes her true nature is merely buried?
The FrostFire Ball is presented as a gathering of hope, an assembly of those who believe that the embers of empathy and understanding can ignite a 'frostfire' within the Queen's icy core, but it could be the Queens Downfall - only our guests can decide.
