About this Event
The Frost SuperMoon rises as the Earth begins to still.
As the days grow shorter and the nights grow longer, we naturally turn within. After such a long, beautiful autumn, the world around us is growing decidedly colder, and you may find yourself thinking about how to nurture your own inner warmth through the winter.
November’s Frost Moon offers an opportunity to prepare for the colder months ahead. And… it’s a Supermoon. The first full Supermoon since January, and the last one we’ll meet for in 2026.
The full moon is always a time to reflect upon and release what has served its purpose in our lives. Supermoons appear larger and brighter in the sky, and many believe their lunar energy is magnified, offering a powerful energetic boost.
Under the amplified light of the Frost Supermoon, the sounds and vibrations wash away all that is ready to be released, quieting the mental clutter and creating space for what has gone unspoken to come into focus.
In that contemplative space, we can listen more deeply, open to clearer communication with spirit, and reconnect with what sustains our own inner warmth.
Join us beneath the light of the Frost Supermoon for an evening of cacao and sound, releasing what has served its time and nourishing what will sustain us through winter.
As always, we will open the evening with Ceremonial Cacao, prepared with care and intention to support your meditative experience. Laurie will also have packaged cacao available for purchase.
