The City of Perrysburg will host an open house on Thursday, Oct. 22, from 5-7 p.m. at the Schaller Memorial Building, 130 W. Indiana Ave., to provide information about the upcoming Front, Second & Third Street Watermain Replacement Project.Residents and property owners are invited to stop by anytime during the open house to:
- Learn more about the planned watermain replacements
- View project maps, layouts and diagrams
- Ask questions and speak with City staff
- Learn how the project will help improve the reliability of Perrysburg’s water system
The project will replace aging 4-inch waterlines along portions of Front Street, Second Street, Third Street, Pine Street and Indiana Avenue. The existing waterlines have reached the end of their service life, and replacing them will help reduce the likelihood of future watermain breaks and unexpected service interruptions.
Construction is currently anticipated to begin in late 2026 or early 2027.
Residents and property owners along the affected streets are especially encouraged to attend, but anyone interested in learning more about the project is welcome.
