A gentle, reflective 7-week space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore what supports balance in everyday life. Through simple mindfulness practies, relaxed coaching conversations and group reflection, we'll explore dfferent areas of wellbeing and cnsider small, realistic changes that can make a meaningful difference.
Inspired by the changing seasons, this programme offers a reminder that things can shift, soften, and grow over time. There is no pressure to "fix" anything - just space to reflect, share if you wish, and take what feels useful for you.
Limerick Mental Health Association are delighted to announce that we have been granted funding from the LEDP to run a series of Wellness workshops in the autumn.
These workshops are free and available to those over 18 years old.
